Unified Support Services

Advocacy

Enrich advocates for the employment and support of individuals with alternative resumes, such as those experiencing homelessness, in active recovery, or recently released from incarceration. By maintaining an ongoing dialogue with families, community organizations, and governmental partners, Enrich identifies and addresses gaps in recovery and reintegration processes. This advocacy includes promoting meaningful employment opportunities, encouraging local employers to engage with this workforce, and providing intentional support services. Through workshops, training programs, and community events, Enrich raises awareness, educates the public, and fosters a supportive environment that empowers individuals and promotes systemic change.
