Stronger Together…
A shared mission, a collective impact—this is where community partnerships turn into life-changing support.
A first-of-its-kind initiative in Kentucky, the One-Stop Hub is a living testament to what’s possible when community partners unite. Designed to be a seamless access point for critical resources—including recovery support, housing, employment, healthcare, and more—the Hub will serve as a bridge between those in need and the services that can help them thrive.
This project is currently under-development and is in Phase 2 of 4.
As we build, we invite organizations and community members to be part of this movement—because real change happens when we work together.
